Capital one working ok?

strange question but something that is bothering me.
I always get interest and such charged on 12th of month.
Today is 4th statement day and i normally get E-Statement before lunch.
Been waiting today and nothing emailed yet. Interest and such already got charged to account. Any reason no email came?
