I have honey every day....manuka honey. Pretty expensive but heard it was good for you. Been on it a year and hardly a sniffle, no visits to doc and felt healthier than ever.0

We keep it in the big hexagon shaped rooms, but every now and again we wake up to find its all gone so we have to go making it again . . .
Ours is not to reason why, ours is just to Buzz and fly:pDon't try to teach a pig to sing - it wastes your time and annoys the pig0 -
You can keep honey pretty much anywhere and it is more about how thick or runny you like it to be. Honey is about the only foodstuff that will not go off and they actually found honey buried in the Pharaohs tombs in Egypt and it was still god enough to eat.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Honey in the cupboard, jam/marmalade in the fridge, eggs on the bench....0

We just keep our opened jar of honey on the kitchen worktop, on a plate, along with the Bovril, Marmalade and Jam and the whole lot gets transported in one go to the table for breakfast. We don't keep any of them in the fridge. I imagine the honey would go very hard when cold although there are two different types of honey - thick and clear. We make our own jam and marmalade with the right amount of sugar, so it never goes off.0
