i used to be key user, as long as you dont owe any one any money you can change to who you want.i used too, if someone has changed it for you, they may charge i dont know sorry. best thing ito do is ask them. i dont think they change the meter only the key, send you a new one from the new supplier
i will be debt free, i will
  • I have ttried on the change supplier board and it tells me that before I canchange supplier I have to go back to a standard meter and paying by direct debit, this means that while I am on a key meter I am stuck with my present (more expensive) supplier.

Have you paid back what you owe yet? In terms of the past debt I mean? I think that makes a difference. If you have, I would ask your current supplier about getting the key meter exchanged for a normal one. I believe diffferent suppliers have differerent policies about what they charge for this, if anything, so you would need to ask you current supplier about this.
Indecision is the key to flexibility :)
  • Yes, have paid off, just, so will ask them, thank you
