Bosch Excell How to check change pump and/or filter

I am trying to access the pump on my Bosch Exxcell washing machine. I have drained and removed the plastic cover where there is a small fan like object behind. I have turned this and it goes round freely I presume the actual the pump is behind behind this fan, so I need to know how to get at it to check and/or replace. Also I am told there is a filter on these machines which could be blocked and requires cleaning or replacing so where do i find this filter. As my washing machine does not drain or spin these seem to be 2 obvious places to check. If it is a timer/programme fault I understand then it may be necessary to go out and buy a new washing machine replace this one.to call out an by an engineer is a costly exercise for an older machine especially as most charge a call out fee then it might not be worth fixing. So it a case of trying to do it myself .I cannot find anywhere on the internet a simple diagram plan of the Bosch Exxcell that would help me in this respect. It is not a good time to buy a new machine around Christmas both financially and from the delivery point of view. So I am desparately looking for a fix to take me through the next couple of months. CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE. Thank you
