Great news! I’m sure you will enjoy your turkey. Could it be that my previous advice was on your mind as you strolled around the shops?
There are plenty of recipes about cooking turkeys or any other meat if it comes to that, but 20 mins a pound plus an additional 20 mins @ reg’ 200 will get the job done. Although it’s only hearsay, as my ever loving does all the cooking. I’m not allowed in the kitchen during the preparation only when the pots need scrubbing.

You don't have to cook it as a whole turkey, you can cut the whole breast off so you've got a crown, and cook the legs seperately if you don't fancy cooking it as a whole turkey. Its just cutting the bottom of the turkey off really, dead easy.
