what meals are we having over christmas?

i was just wondering what meals everyone else did at christmas and also if you have any idea for childrens meals like snowman mash or something?

mines not all planned yet hoping to nick some ideas

christmas eve:
breakfast: muffins
lunch; snowman pizza
dinner: christmas dinner

christmas day
breakfast; crossiants
lunch; buffet
tea: homemade takeaway

boxing day
breakfast: english breakfast
lunch; sausage plait
tea: buffet at my mums

    christmas eve:

    breakfast: Pancakes
    lunch: Butternut squash soup and bread
    dinner: Veggie Sausage toad in the hole

    christmas day

    breakfast: Crossiants
    lunch: Christmas Lunch-
    Starter - Goats cheese and cranberry tarts
    Main- Wild mushroom and port brioche
    Also have all the usual roast veggies and potatoes alongside
    Dessert - Probably some sort of chocolate christmas cake

    Going over to OH's parents in evening, some sort of buffet..?

    boxing day
    breakfast: Eggs florentine
    lunch: Still to decide!
    Dinner: Still to decide!

    dinner: pasta bake with reindeer pasta

    christmas day
    breakfast: Nigella's welsh rarebit muffins
    lunch: Christmas dinner
    tea: probably nothing after a massive late lunch

    boxing day
    breakfast: leftover muffins
    lunch: Chinese restaurant
    tea: chicken in a bun (leftover chicken wrapped in puff pastry parcels, then dipped in egg, dredged in instant stuffing mix and baked in the oven)

    i'm not really too sure.

    xmas eve is always something easy like, gammon eggs and chips / chilli etc. might tho go off to the beach and have a fish and chip supper if not too cold.

    xmas day will start with hot pork rolls. and so will boxing day if my hubby has his way. ( which he will, cause i love him so much i just can't say no to him)

    but apart from that i've not really given it that much thought.

    whatever we eat or have tho it will be fantastic as i'll be with my wonderful husband and our 3 amazing children. i can't wait.

    lunch;
    tea: buffet at my mums

    We used to have our xmas dinner on xmas eve when i lived at my parents. I loved that. Really christmassy with candles and all dark outside.

    now we do

    xmas eve - takeaway

    xmas day - breakfast - cup of coffee and bucks fizz with maybe a croissant

    lunch - xmas lunch

    tea - nothing much, maybe a cheese and crackers plate with chutney, gateau/trifle

    boxing day

    breakfast - nothing

    lunch - cold meats/sausage/stuffing with hot roasties, left over desserts from xmas day, party food, cheeseboard

    tea - generally picking from fridge, choccies.
  • Xmas Eve - OH still at work so normal breakfast and work butties for lunch. Buffet for tea as xmas begins :D

    Xmas Day - Breakfast - Just juice or a smoothie
    Lunch - Leek and Potato Soup with fresh baked rolls
    Roast Lamb, Roasties, Yorkshire Puds,
    Red Cabbage, Glaze Carrots, Sprouts and
    Gravey
    Malted Milk Cheesecake
    Tea - Fridge raid / If it's (if its there you can have it!)

    Boxing Day - Breakfast - Smoothie or similar
    Lunch - eating out
    Tea - Pizza

    Lunch: crackers and cheese
    Dinner: probably chinese duck n pancakes mmm

    Christmas day
    Breakfast: Brick lane bagels, cream cheese and bucks fizz
    Lunch: more bucks fizz
    Dinner: roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings and home made sticky toffee puddings and bucks fizz

    Boxing day
    Breakfast: Porridge
    Lunch: Roast turkey dinner (at daughter's house)
    Dinner: pick and mix leftover buffet
