E: 17/12? Win £3,000 Of Festive Prizes (St Helens)

ARTHUR the cute polar bear could make it a cool Christmas for one lucky Star reader.
He’ll be dropping into a secret location in the town centre... and if you can discover where he’s hiding, it could be worth an amazing £3,000-worth in festive prizes.
To enter the competition, simply pick up an entry card from one of the participating town centre stores.
The lucky winner will be drawn at the Grand Christmas Parade in Church Square on Saturday, December 18, and invited to collect their prizes at St Helens Town Hall the week commencing December 20 - so keep these dates free in your diaries!!!

I got an application form Wallis, but couldn't find any others.
The only place that I could find a Polar Bear was in the Lagrange Arcade in the tableau; he was sitting on-top of the Globe of the world. It was located in the corner beside Boots and Bodycare, opposite BHS, near BB's coffee shop. However there is only a tiny space on the entry-form so I think that they want the name of a shop. And this certainly was not in a shop! I did go into several on the list; but not all!
Anyone got a better suggestion?0 -
