Fed up with snow as an excuse!

Arggh Im so annoyed - I ordered a DVD as a Xmas present at the begining of last week, it was dispatched the same day - unsuprisingly its not turned up yet, normally when I order it comes it 2-3 days, its been 6 working days and still not here - fair enough I suppose - but the website says I can't query my order until it has been 10 working days and allow another 5+ days because of the snow...so effectively I can't query it until after christmas if it doesn't turn up.....:mad:
