ok so i have been signed off for 4 weeks now as i have had the flu and suffering from alot of joint pain even getting dressed is taking me 2 hrs to get ready as putting on my top im in agony.
whilst off i find out from a friend at work that they are making redundencies at the end of dec.
so i have pulled my son out of nursery as this is costing me and arm and a leg whilst signed off and now knowing i wont have a job to go back to, so i have made alternative arrangments for him to go to a local nursery for 15 hrs a week as this is free instead of paying £400 a mth for 3 days a week.
Now they have decided to extend the redundency and shift the date till the end of Jan, what do i do now????
do i resign or get signed off until the end date i have worked there 2 years and worked my backside off for them, doing other jobs at no extra pay blah blah blah.
my partner seems to think its better if i keep getting signed off.
As im writing this im crying cause i just want to get better and that place has made me so ill, i keep thinking im just gonna give in my notice but i know im not thinking straight as im on some strong painkillers.
what would you do??

Try not to resign as that may be a knee jerk reaction. This cause of action will end up costing you money.
Perhaps it may be best to contact your employer and find out,for yourself, what the position is before making any more decisions.Space available for rent0 -
how do you know you don't have a job to goto? The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!
If I give you advice it is only a view and always always take professional advice before acting!!!
