Thanks for that info - won over 2 weeks ago but got the phone call 2 weeks ago tomorrow. So hoping it turns up this week...

just to update the op..I called robinsons the 15th and it arrived today....hope you have got yours too :-)

Thank you for the update - we have still not had ours and had the phone call on the 2nd.

I think I will give them a call on Monday but we have quite bad snow up here (aberdeen) so it may well be delayed x

Out if interest mine was sent next day delivery....definitely call on Monday, but yes I imagine the now would make a difference...luckily our snow hit just this afternoon after it was delivered
