Samsung netbook (robinsons) question

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering to anyone who won a samsung netbook recently how long it took to arrive? I won on Thursday 2nd and am hoping it arrives in time for Xmas so I can give it to my little sis:j

The woman said 28 days but I am hoping it comes sooner

I won on a thursday and it came either mon or tues the next week, this was about 4 weeks ago so would allow more time as it's nearer christmas but they were quick so maybe any day now you'll get it!!

I won one at the begining of the comp but missed the call the next day so I rang them, gave them my details and it arrived two days later, maybe call them if you havnt spoken to them, oh, and well done on your win:)

won on the 24th didn't know til 29th, confirmed details the next day, received it the gone thursday. Hth. Many congrats

Have you had a phone call? If not, call them up and it will come in around a week! :j

When I won I didn't hear anything from them so after a week called them up. The netbook arrived the following week.

Well done, hope it arrives before Christmas.

Thanks for all your answers - They called me on Thursday 2nd but I have not had anything yet. I really hope that it comes this week - will keep you posted. It's one of my best wins to date so super excited :T

as above im asking because i won while and i was keeping it for my son for a xmas present but its turned out his girlfriend has bought him a laptop for xmas so i have decided to sell this but i had a quick look on ebay for a guide price and they vary is it the spec as i dont know how much to ask for it

I spoke to Robinsons yesterday as I won one last week....she said it normally has been taking 2 weeks, but it might take longer now as Xmas is coming and of course there are simply more parcels in the system!
