Vent - Parcel2Go

Bought an amplifier on eBay, it was faulty, made a PayPal dispute and was given until the 9th to send it back.

On the 5th I booked a collection for the 6th.

I got the first email telling me my booking was confirmed, and that I am was waiting for a confirmation from DHL, which should arrive within 20 minutes, and if it doesn't I should email them - no conformation, so I email them.

Come the 6th, no courier arrives.

I'm out ~7:30 to ~6:30 most days thanks to Uni, so I couldn't call them. So instead I email them. Again. No response. I tried their live chat, waited an hour but no operator replied.

By this time it's the 9th, and i've lost the dispute am now down £32...

Tried tweeting them, and using the email addresses list on there... no reply.

Along comes the weekened, finally have a day off to call them... first it keeps bugging to me to use the live chat "currently answered within 15 seconds" my !!!! Then it tells me all operators are busy and hangs up... brilliant!

After trying 3-4 times I gave up.

I then got an email from them telling me that collection was booked for the 13th! The Parcel is no longer at the collection address, so I called up the non-CS line which meant I actually got through...

Apparently it's not actually due for collection until tomorrow (14th) - no emails telling me this, and no idea if this is going to honoured like the other delivery dates.

Apparently due to all the snow my local depot hasn't been able to collect anything... thats odd as its in Ipswich which hasn't had any real snow for nearly two weeks!

Gave up and demanded a refund, only for her to start to put it through then the phone line went dead. Now hoping I actually get it...

Would of been nice if they'd told me !!!!!! was going on for the last week, or had a phone line that actually worked..

Will be down the post office later doing what I should of done in the first place!
Nothing I say represents any past, present or future employer.

DHL suspended collections as far as im aware, i think its because the main hubs are bursting with backlogs so they cant send the parcels from the local depots hence no collection from you even you have had little snow
