If a life threatening object falls from head height can I claim compensation?

If they were the same brand that I choked on last week, you'd previously seen them and did nothing to pre-warn me of the dangers, I have to warn you I shall be taking legal action against you.
As a result of eating 23 of these crackers in their natural state, my mouth dried out completely, I choked, and have not been able to work since.
My 13 year old son was traumatised by the site of me choking and has been having nightmares about crackers. He is now unable to enter the kitchen.
Since you are clearly familiar with crackers you had a duty to advise me, my son, and all other potential cracker consumers of the inherant dangers of multiple cracker consumption.
Do you think we could start a campaign to get a warning message put onto crackers? Oh, I'd love that
As for falling tiles... don't give anyone ideas. Everyone will start loosening their own

I've lost at least 3 minutes of my life reading this thread - now do I sue the OP for starting this nonsense, or Martin Lewis for publishing it on his website?Adventure before Dementia!0

When I was a child my mother ( who is not in anyway shape or form use to DIY) retiled the bathroom in some nasty 60's brown tiles. She did not wait long enough for them to set and gave me a bath that evening. I was busy playing with Ducky when the walls started to rain down on me...I sat in the bath whilst these tiles came down hitting me and the bath etc. I of course screamed and made a massive fuss of the whole thing ( was very little and enjoyed the attention) but funnily enough I did not get hurt and suffered no near death flash backs.
Although I do to this day trust nothing that my mother has "repaired" or " made better"
Wonder if I can sue her for some hidden trauma ?There is a race of men that don't fit in; A race that can't stand still;
So they break the hearts of kith and kin, and roam the world at will.

Blimey. I thought it had been established in the first post that tiles would kill a child. Well, you learn something new every day...

I read the original title and thought... if it falls from head height and no one is there to hear it does it make a sound?
Gawd my mother persists in putting stuff in too high cupboards - and you open them and regularly get klonked on the head with stuff (since she fills her cupboards sufficiently to survive armageddon, complete sieges and a heavy snowfall)... I've missed all these compensation claims over the years! BOGOF on loo roll round the cranium must be worth a few bob!!!Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0
