As the title says...I'm curious as to the best ways all you lucky things found out that you are a winner???
Also what are all your best prizes??
I've only been doing this a couple of months so far and have loved it :j
I've had a winning phonecall and email so far. When they phoned they left a message with my boyfriend so it wasn't that exciting!!! lol
I really really want a prize to randomly turn up in the post. That would absolutely make my day!!
I wait in hope...
So come on lets here your stories for a bit of competition motivation (and slight jealousy!!)

I once got a call from a Hospice that I donated to and done their lottery. I thought it was going ot be a sales call to ask for more money to donate but I was informed I had won first prize on their lottery of £2000
I love the WEM's but hate it when you get a deceiving one that makes you think you've won!Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -
I like it when things just turn up unexpected. Thats definately the best was, the best for me was a £500 bafta goodie bag from Radio Times, PSP with 6 games, and a television my bf won.
Otherwise instant wins are alwys really good too.2015 Big wins: luxury 7 night holiday in sharm el sheikh, theatre tix, £123, IPad Air 16gb, Night in London hotel celebjuicetix :, Portable dvd playerT
Best 2014: £900 VIP cheltenham races day, £200 H&M voucher, £300 camera, 2 nights luxury apt Harrogate, 5 nights glamping cumbria
Total:2010: £10,531, 2011:£11,0750 -
My unexpected win for me was, a parcel deliverd by DHL sitting in the middle of the living room waiting for me. I had thoughts of an Ipad/Iphone so opened parcel with high expectations and thrust my hand into to the polystyrene packing to pull out a selection of clarins men goodies. I had just started comping and was so disapointed until the wife pointed out that clarins is a good product so sold the lot on ebay for £70.
The worst wins are the ones you know about but take 3 months to arrive.
December has been so dry even with the advents Im going to TILT/RED MIST soon "gambling Term"Here's hoping we win what we want and want what we win!!!.

The best way I found out about a win was in August when I put a post on here asking the comping fairy to bring me luck to win some festival tickets. Half an hour later I got a call saying I had won 4 weekend camping tickets for V fest!
I also love it when unexpected things turn up on the post. I had 3 of those today!
I was just about to post about my best win being th iPad a won a few weeks back, which I love. But I've just had a phone call to say I've won a £100 voucher for Lands End but the best bit is, I've also won £100 for a charity of my choice! How fantastic is that just before Christmas! :jThanks to all posters!0 -

Just when it turns up, got a cheque in the post last Thursday for a grand, and I was dancing for quite a while!0

I'd love to answer, but I'm still trying to win anything at the moment.
I think I'd love a phonecall or unexpected delivery0 -
I had 3 enormous boxes turn up unexpectedly, they contained Fisher Price baby toys - no letter or email or anything0

The unexpected delivery with a 'i'll enter but don't stand a chance of winning' prize in it. Eg - a few weeks ago I had a box just turn up and it contained an Xbox console and a game :j. I couldn't find the OP to thank, but it has sorted Christmas for my two little boys, and we were really panicking too as we have both been made redundant and are seriously on 'our uppers' right now.
Cheers to the mystery OP - you've made Christmas for my little fellas.:beer:0 -
In two years of comping the only thing i've won is a tent. It just turned up, no warning or email stating i'd won. I really would love to have that winning phone call, or parcel or anything reallyNow a proud home owner after saving a deposit for 2 years :j0
