OOhhh adhesive - bad news - that's a !!!!!! to get up! Most vinyl is loose laid. The VAT increase is only 2.5% it'll get lost in the noise of the other costs.

yh when sky engineers came into the house ( avs contractor ) they had to do a lot of rectification work.

the guy was in and out trying to sort all the cables. phone lines new box etc.
he was rushing around and when he came in he slung his metal tool box onto the floor and causing it to tear.

when i got the floor it was on an offer, but the same flooring in there now is like £2 a sqr mtr more then when i got it.

i think the only reason adhesive is being used as it close to front door and the type of flooring thats underneath.

well ive sent what i ahve over today and i will just have to wait for a reply

doesnt matter what you paid originally, fact is floor is now damaged and they will have to rectify this based on like for like flooring, ie you cant charge them for solid oak flooring or something, but choose a reasonable vinyl, say about 10 per sq metre and thats the cost
