    No!
    They getting denial of Service attacks, Mastercard,Visa,PayPoo and others all getting it done by operation payback. Little research goes a long way. Been all over the news wonder how you missed it :S

    Same thing happened to me trying to pay my BT bill.
    A phone call confirmed a problem with verification part of the site (and others it seems).

    My Barclaycard CC Visa, debit card Visa and Nat West accounts are all as normal and easy to log on to. :)

    The problem I believe was not with your bank's website (so you could view entries etc) but actually making a payment that brought up the verification by Mastercard/Visa page which stalled or website could not be seen.
