Hi all
My gf's father bought her some clothes as a present at this site:
www.juicysaleuk.com/create_account.php
The goods were recieved today but are damaged and look fake. Trying to access the website does not work and they previously did not reply to emails.
They paid on credit card so what do they do now? I belive it was a Mastercard.
Thanks
PS this was a site selling Juicy Couture products by the way in case they crop up again.

A phone number, address, or email address?
If so, get in touch with them.
p.s. I think I already know the answers to those questions.
Get onto the credit card company and see if they can help.
Meanwhile, have a read about Section 75 refunds.0 -
there website doesn't work - it says suspened and the emails they got dont have a number on them.0

Looking on the website cache there isn't a contact us page, some of the stock is priced in RMB, looks like you've got some fakes though to me, you could try the email address below though.

Here is a cached copy of their Shipping and Returns webpage.
And their Conditions.
May be of some help.0 -
another Chinese fake eh. If you do find a working email address keep pestering them, be aggressive and don't let them fob you off. My friend bought fake Abercrombie and Fitch clothes, after enough emails, their 10% refund finally turned into a full refund, we had to pay for signed for postage (like £20) but she got pretty much all of the £150 or so she spent, a nice result though sadly it doesn't always happen.0

Thanks.
I didn't do the order or anything and they aren't very knowledgable on cimputers and stuff so just trying to help out. The web addresses wasn't working last night, maybe they will today.0 -
If the order was for over £100 i'd recommend just pursuing a S75 claim from the credit card company. In my experience it's too much hassle dealing with overseas companies (especially from China)0

I think it was just under - £89.75 I think.
Her dad was gonna call the credit card company but he's a bit of a fuss pot and didn't do it last night when he could have so I am wondering if he will.0 -
Oh no, not another designer brand website with 80% off the retail price turning out to be fakes. When are we going to get a genuine one, I wonder.0
