3 weeks ago, daughter had new alternator fitted due to battery warning light coming on, then when car stopped, it wouldn't start without jump leads. Got it going again, but kept doing the same thing.

Everything fine with new alternator for 3 weeks, but battery warning light flickering on and off again today - what's going on?!!

Any advice would be much appreciated.

TIA

B.

    Could be battery condition.
Worth checking the earth straps too, these can corrode.
A good check is to put a jump lead from top of engine to the shell of the car or the negative on the battery and see if it makes any difference.
    Happy chappy
