Jassa, I am so sorry to hear your sad news. I hope you are insured and can get it all sorted out in the New Year

Soappie - wake up light, vit D tablets, one of those bright lights to sit by. Come on love put some Dolly on (actually I'm going through one of my Robbie phases at the moment. DS2 and 3 were bemused when I told them this morning that he is the sexiest man to ever walk the earth)

Been quite productive:

Duvet cover mended and machine put away
Living room all hoovered
Upstairs all tidied ready to be hoovered
2 of my parcels have turned up so just waiting on one now and I need to order something.

DS1&2 orthdentist
DS2 squash coaching
Ocado delivery

Just going to do some bits on here with a cuppa and then hoover upstairs. I plan to get my door decs done this afternoon and need to spray some allium heads outside whilst we have a still and not too freezing day.

Clean the loo and the bath and the shower and the basins! - done
Defragment PC and run spyware scans while scrubbing- scan done, will defrag tonight
Level Two - Done
Wash windows – they don’t need it, will do next week
Clean curtains/blinds etc – they don’t need it
Declutter floors - done
Level Three - Done
Wash bathmats/shower curtain and furry bog hats – bathmats changed, shower curtain fine, no bog hats
Replace any sponges/flannels/toothbrushes etc that need it - done
throw out any empty bottles.. decant dribbles into fuller bottles n/a


Extras

1. Finalise those last minute presents you have to buy. - 2 more to buy then all done
2. Post all the cards you need to post - done
3. Wrap all the presents for family/friends – all bought have been wrapped and labelled
4. Finalise shopping orders/lists for your christmas food shop.. remember shops are only closed for one day!!!!

Oh no Jassa, that must be awful for you - what a shock to find your house like that. Thank goodness for home insurance but you can't replace your personal possessions can you - big hugs. Hope your daughter can hold on until the New Year; will look forward to hearing happy news from you on that front.

I love being online. DH just sent me an email asking if I'd just put the wm on as he can see from the remote access that the electricity consumption has just trebled. I had to laugh but feel like going around the house now and turning everything thing on, lights the lot to see what he thinks I'm doing :rotfl:

Morning all,

Big Hugs and Thanks to FCC. This week is shaping up to be pretty chaotic so I am hoping this will keep me focused and help me plan things out nicely.

Hope everyone is good have not caught up with the fred since last friday due to guests and being the receiver of some wonderful news...!!!

If I am a bit giddy this week its because the man I have been mad about for ages finally came through yesterday an admitted he feels the same!! I am getting cuddles by texts every half hour and sweet nothings and he is coming for the coming weekend too (he lives in Manchester a fair ways from me) so I am seriously giddy and loved up... It feels great, I have been single since about May and for a few years before that too so I feel like screaming it from the roof tops.. In fact I feel like a teenager after her first kiss :j:D:rotfl::j:p:T

Ok, deep breath.. I have loads to get done so I need to focus.. please ladies keep my feet on the ground..
