apart from salads and stir fries?
With the growing season almost over outdoors I'm wanting to use my sprouter regularly and eat them at least once a week...but I'm stuck for ideas.
Any suggestions please?

I started growing again a couple of weeks ago and this winter`s seed and grain order arrived today. This week I made de-hydrated biscuits and I have also dried sproUts to use in bread. I have made stir fry and have alfalfa growing to use in sandwiches0 -
There's a recipe site linked from a thread about sprouting beans to eat which might be of use:-

And the whole thread (quite long) is in this link for those interested in sprouting:-

They are lovely in a toasted cheese sandwich0
-
grind them up and make them into burgers. Alternatively add to dough to make bread etc.0

We eat them in sandwiches - lovely with something a little bit "moist", like houmous and grated carrot...adds a bit of a different crunch!
