All my contacts have dissapeared from my Nokia 6300. I'm not to clever with my phone and can't believe I have lost them. My phone is about 4 years old. Do you know if there is any way of retrieving them ? Hope you can help! charley4

Does that mean NO Backup .
Try importing them from the SIM card under options .

thanks jj egan It is to complicated for me I have no idea how to import them from the sim card. I am one of the silver surfers and find technology a bit difficult. so I need simple instructions please.0

Well your manual will tell you and if you have lost the manual you can download one. You can find it by typing "Nokia 6300 manual" into Google. On my Nokia you go to contacts then move contacts and one of the options is the one you want.0
