Best way to warm up bathroom? Cavity insulation or behind-tile insulation or other

I am planning on redoing my bathroom. Its a fairly small room with one outside wall, and very cold! I'm not sure what would be best for me to stop it being a heat sink for the rooms closest to it. I will be replacing the enamel (freezing!) bath with a good quality (smaller) plastic one. Also considering..
1) having insulation injected into the cavity brick wall which is currently empty - except access will be very difficult and its a small room; I understand this will make it expensive?
*or*
2) having internal insulation put behind the tiles (will be re-tiling) but this will make the room smaller
3) had considered having underfloor heating put in (currently have a wall mounted fan heater) but already spend a lot on electric, and have wires surface-run all over the house!
Any suggestions/ recommendations?

If youve got cavity walls then it would make sense to have the cavity wall insulation done asap so that you are saving money and making your home warmer. What is the problem with access?£2 Savers Club #156!

Looking for holiday ideas for 2016. Currently, Isle of Skye in March, Riga in May, Crete in June and Lake District in October. August cruise cancelled, but Baby due September 2016! :j0 -
The main house is local granite (solid, 1.5 foot thick walls from the 1800s) - only the extension (kitchen and bathroom) is cavity. I have added a conservatory on, so the only bit that really is exposed to the elements is one wall of the bathroom. Part of it could be accessed by going through the house and to the garden, but part of it could only be accessed by going through the neighbours house, and then I'd be putting holes in their wall! The more I think, the harder it seems. My house is terraced, but not in a straight line - we are all higgledy piggledy!0
