Brussels and Radisson price guarantee or 25% discount

Hello
I'm going to Brussels from 28/10 to 31/10.
Expedia is offering the ***** Radisson Royal hotel at £90 for the first night, £84 for the second and the third night is free. Total £174.
Radisson's own website offer rooms at the same hotel for 125 + 135 + 175 euros = about £300.
Radisson has an online lowest price guarantee whereby they'll discount the competitor price by 25% if they are undercut on a like-for-like booking.
So in theory I could get a reduction of 25% on £174 and pay just £131 for three nights in a ***** hotel.
These are the T&C of their price guarantee

Has anyone tested them on this? Can anyone see any flaws? Is it worth the hassle or will they find some way out of discounting Expedia's price?
Thanks for your help
