ipod help needed please!

I recently lost everything from my computers hard drive including iTunes. Just reinstalled iTunes and now need to know if there is a way to move all my music from my ipod back to iTunes...can anyone help?

Important: Don't try to sync the ipod with Itunes otherwise it will blank the ipod.
You can get software to copy ipod tunes to itunes (Itunes does not allow this) and it works. I used something called pod to pc (cheap rather than free) when I lost my itunes library and it worked sufficiently well that I did not begurdge the £11 or so.0 -
I would use Floola to copy your music back and forget Itunes altogether,
