is there anywhere free online where I can buy and sell in a fantasy or virtual environment, stocks and practice before committing real money?

I play online with Telegraph Fantasy Fund Manager and have a virtual portfolio with H-L. I don't know if the H-L virtual facility is only available if you have invested via them already, maybe someone can answer this?
