Praise for Sports Direct!!

I know Sports Direct have had a bit of a pasting on these boards recently,just wanted to add some praise for their online store. I ordered some footy boots for DS 2 weeks ago, with the heavy snow I dind't expect to get them for a few days, tracked then on DHL which showed them being returned as package damaged. Tried a few days later- showing as having been delivered and proof of delivery obtained by DHL,:cool:even though we were in all day on the day they were delivered. I asked all my neighbours-not been delivered there so then sent an email on 10/12/10 asking re their whereabouts. I have just checked my mails and they've refunded me! Well done Sports Direct!:T

Its normally always complaints we hear on here, it a pleasant change to see some praise.

Ive never had bad service from Sports Direct.

Its still not really good service though is it? you've still not got your ordered item and they've had your money for two weeks, has the refund actually arrived in your bank account?

No, as the email arrived yesterday and it takes a couple of working days for the refund to go back on the card. The issue wasn't with Sports Direct it was with DHL-as soon as I emailed Sports Direct explaining the problem on the 10th Dec they replied within 24 hours to advise me of the refund being issued. So good customer service in relation to my query.
