They done this offer a week ago too - Received an e-mail yesterday to say my order had been sent so just be aware they are taking a week to ship items!

The prices on the website are already discounted by 30% so you don't have to put a code in at the checkout.

Didnt realise they had such a big backlog, ordered some of the gift bags for teachers presents on the 8th and need them to arrive by Wednesday, thought it was plenty of time given its usually next day despatch. Oh well, will source a backup locally and return them if need be.

Quite bad service to run such a good offer when they know despatches cant be made yet.

I'm waiting on 4 orders, the first one was made on the 29/11! But I accept this is a busy time of year and the weather may be affecting things, luckily enough I'm not relying on the stuff I ordered to be here before Xmas!

Oh no, i'm going to check if there is an option to cancel online. The site shows an extra couple of days on usual service but the 29/11 was two weeks ago. Looks like I stand no chance then of getting mine.

Every other company i've ordered with has been fine, a few days extra but nothing like two weeks without even being despatched.

my two orders from 5th and 7th December have now despatched. I expect there would be a delay in delivery but would still hope they'd be here for Christmas. I think if BS cant guarantee delivery they should really have a note on their website. I'm sure last year there was an email out with what their last ordering dates were.
