Plumbing and general maintainance quote

Hi ,
I had requested for the following work to be carried out in my house:
1. Take out dividing wall between the kichen and bathroom ie downstairs and make good.
2. Take out the existing door to the bathroom and brick it up
3. Move position of w.c & wash hand basin downstairs.
4. Add an additional shower hose (without shower head) downstairs
5. Re-tile walls, and tile floors.
6. Fit existing wash hand basin (from upstairs) in downstairs cloakroom, complete with monobloc taps.
7. Fit 1 new Bathroom door
8. Fit new wash hand basin in dining room, complete with monobloc taps.
9. Lay 10mm plywood onto bathroom floor to take new floor tiles.
10. Lay new floor tiles to bathroom floor. (I’ll agree with colour)
11. Fit upstairs bathroom wash hand basin, complete with monobloc taps.
12. Fit upstairs shower hose and holder.
13. Replace 1 bathroom door complete with latches
14. Replace 2 bedroom doors complete with locks
15. Fit a Front Outside Tap
16. Fit new curtain track to front bedroom.
17. Re-hang cupboard doors in front bedroom.
18. Fit T.V on new T.V bracket, & re-fit speakers to T.V (I’ll supply them)
and this is the quote that was given to me:
TOTAL LABOUR COST £2,100.00
Material Costs as follows
1. 2x Wash basins with taps. £200.00
2. Outside tap. £15.00
3. 4x Doors complete. £160.00
4. 2x Handles & latches, lockable. £30.00
5. Curtain track. £10.00
5 2x Shower hose & holder. £25.00
6. 2x Shower hoses without heads. £50.00
7. Floor tiles, adhesive & grout. £150.00
8. Wall tiles, adhesive & grout. £150.00
9. Plywood. £30.00
10. Plaster & plasterer. £250.00
11. Bricks, sand & cement. £120.00
12. Skip for rubbish. £180.00
TOTAL MATERIAL COST £1,370.00

Nope. Its not thick enough for ceramic tiles assuming thats what you are having.9. Lay 10mm plywood onto bathroom floor to take new floor tiles.
Seems a bit thin to me but TBH I'm having trouble visualising what you are planning.TOTAL LABOUR COST £2,100.00
Also seems a tad thin particularly wrt tiling and plastering.TOTAL MATERIAL COST £1,370.00
