hello, our boiler is broken and needs replacing, its over 20 years old, im disabled and get DLA. I've heard of people in the past getting money to go towards replacing old boilers, does anyone know anything about it?

if you contact the income support offices they should be able to give you the number, my dad has just had his done, his boiler was faulty last year and they fixed it free, this year they replaced the boiler and a couple of rads etc, apparently they allocate £2000 for works to be carried out, also may be worth ringing your local council and ask to speak to the "occupational therapy team" they come out and assess your needs for other adjustments your property/furniture may require as well as hand rails depending on your disability of course! Good Luck.0
