What messages & what are the names of the viruses that come up?
Have you contacted Eset support or go to http://www.wilderssecurity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=880 -
If you plug it in then goto my computer there it should show your usb stick, put your mouse on the usb right click then it should say scan with Eset Smart Security, do a full scan, after the scan has finished unplug the usb stick then do a full scan of your pc. this is how i do my dds memory stick but im using vista so not sure if w7 will do it in the same way.0
