Understanding Title Deeds

Hi,
I have just downloaded some title deeds from the land registery. It has a listed owner and says there is a mortage on the property however there are several charges,
"by a deed dated 7 february 2007 made between ****** and ***** and ****** the terms of the lease dated 30th April 2004 referred to in the property registered were varied. "
does that mean three different people own it? The blanks are names.

Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.

A charge on a property means that there's most probably a debt secured against it. In this case it sounds like more than one.
Is this a property you are renting?0 -
The parties referred to in this entry are probably 1) the person renting the property out 2) the person renting the property and 3) the mortgage company. So no it does not mean that 3 people own the property.0

There is a lease on the property (dated 2004). In 2007 this lease was changed by some people (presumably the then lessees and lessors). If you want to kno more you'll need to look at the lease, and the deed which changed it.
The mortgage is unrelated.0 -

simple.
it simply means the leasehold property had its lease varied and you will need to read the document to see what the changes were.My posts are just my opinions and are not offered as legal advice - though I consider them darn fine opinions none the less.:cool2:
My bad spelling...well I rush type these opinions on my own time, so sorry, but they are free.:o0 -
Yes it was with regards to a rental property nightmare.
Im still not enterly sure whats going on on the deed, but basically my auntie is renting a flat from lets say MR A. Her current rental property is being repossessed and we think Mr A is going to possibly declare bankrupt.
The letting agent offered my auntie another proprty to move to which we dowloaded the title deeds for. This property as stated above has a different owner, but Mr A is listed as one of the charges thats has been ***** above, if that makes any sence?
Anyway we thought it was all rather dodgy, so we have told the agent we dont want my auntie moving to another property that has anything to do with Mr A.Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.0
