Coupon printer help please!!!

Please, please, please can someone help me?!

I have tried to install and print the coupon printing software to allow me to print such vouchers like the Velvet toilet tissue and the (old) Milka voucher that was floating around a while ago, but I have never been successful at printing anything!

I keep getting this message:

Coupon Printer setup
Looks like you haven't printed any coupons with us before - we'll need to install the Coupon Printer before we continue:

You need it to print coupon barcodes so they scan properly in the store.
It sends the coupon directly to your printer. It is small and contains no spyware.
It only needs to be installed once (takes only seconds) and is easy to uninstall.

I have installed it, several times, restarted the computer, left the printer plugged in and switched on and still nothing. I still get that message and I don't know why!!! :wall:

I have a macbook and am running Snow Leopard. Could it be an issue with this???

Has anyone else out there been successful in installing and printing this? If so, how?!

Are you printing from Safari? If so, it seems that this sometimes causes problems. Have you tried another browser instead?

Just tried it in Firefox. Still the same

Try restarting your macbook and then running firefox again. Should work.

By the way, Coupon Printer is an awful piece of crudware that will slow down your computer and report back your private information. Really not worth it for a few pennies savings.

I agree with this, it is pure crapware, even their drivel about they need it 'so the coupons scan correctly' is complete bull.

I wouldnt install it at all to save a couple of pence esp. on my main computer, I have only ever installed it on an old/test computer and even then it was barely worth it.
