Not straightforward is an understatement! They are not dupes as they are nowhere else on the board, but I bet lots of people have already entered them. They are advents because you can access them through the advent calendar which is linked from toniq's advent thread. They are not advents because they all last a month and have ending dates well into January which is beyond the scope of toniq's thread. They can also be accessed through WOTV's comps page and are mixed in with comps that do not appear on the advent calendar! I don't know what the solution is, but maybe they are better as individual comps and should be taken out of the advents?

if they have an advent calendar attached they come across as advents hence they were linked to advents but this one baffles, if they are took out of advents people will dupe previous entries,
if they stay in advents and these threads are removed it might be easier, it just means people enter all before 01/01.

I've just seen all of the advent wotv are on the board

To save duping if they r dupable taking them off would be the easiest option, otherwise people wont have a clue what they have entered or not, I'm gonna msg a bg and ask for advice xx

however as the end date is after the date the advent thread will be moved to GO, I think it will have to stay as a seperate thread now it has been posted. There may be new users viewing the comp boards in Jan who would miss them otherwise.
I'm not sure why a search didn't bring up the advent thread though
