Hi Guys,
I have £60K lying in the bank at the moment and I need advise on where I can invest this amount and gain even upto 5% interest in returns quickly without taking any risk.
I know property buying and selling is a good idea however I am thinking if it is still safe in the current market and plus the money could get locked if the property is unable to sell.
Please help in providing your ideas from your experience ..that will be helpful.
Thanks.

I would seriously question this assumption. Sure, house prices have risen long term but there is no reason for it to decline in in the near and long future. The bottom line is that there is a risk in anything that could make you money(unless you are an irresponsible banker who knows they can gamble with other people's moneyand rely on the state to pick up the tab when it goes wrong)0 -
break your money up into parts and invest in various stocks, forex, silver, gold, futures etc as some of these will rise and others fall just the risk is always there when you invest money.0
