IPOD 5th generation plastic case

Hi All
Recently bought a new (off eBay) Ipod 5th gen and the clear plastic packing case got damaged in the post. The ipod is fine.
My problem is that this is a Xmas present for DD.
Does anyone know where a new case can be purchased b4 Xmas?
Do you have one we could buy? sitting in your drawer or cupboard perhaps?
