disgraceful boiler cover .scottish power

its day 19 of no heating. Got scottish power homecomfort premium care . what a joke . had 4 engineers out so far , 1 who didnt come back with a part ,1 who never came what so ever . wrong parts ordered for total different boiler . no phone calls telling me what was happening . meant to be fixed tomorrow but probably wont happen . i advise anybody not to use scottish power boiler cover . :mad: Has anybody else had problems with this company's boiler insurance cover? Does anybody know the time limits for repairs such as these? Its now day 20 , engineer failed to show yet again. Eaga ,who are the subcontracters could not get hold of him , when I phoned to find if he was going to turn up. appointment was meant to be 9-11 . phoned them 11.30. Told we will ring back and let you know what is happening. heard nothing. Customer complaints at scottish power have been dealing with me since day 2 [after engineer No2 failed to return with part } while they are all very nice and understanding ,nothing is happening . i just want to tell them to stuff the contract and get my own engineer in , and send them the bill and get comp for 3 weeks of hell.
