Parcel2Go

I'm sorry I ever gave these a try.

I Signed up on Monday and sent two parcels out , one of which has now been stolen while in the hands of their couriers.

I've tried the live chat which isn't working at all , emailing them calling on the phone which just rings and rings and even tweeting them on their twitter account and I've not had any response back at all , not even an acknowledgment.

I know they are there as they have replied to other messages on Twitter but are ignoring me.

I've got a buyer asking me questions I am unable to answer because they will not reply.

    ill never use this lot again either... if they give you any bother use small claims court.

    Tried that email address at 8:50 this morning , no reply yet.

    I've now had a reply from the g.iveson email address after leaving a few messages on Twitter for them.

    He said they've had the crime ref etc off HDNL and will process my claim as soon as I return the form via email which I have done.

    Fingers crossed the claim will go as smooth as he says it will.
  • Things are looking a lot better now.

    I've had a few emails from Parcel2Go keeping me informed of what's going on and I've also taken a call from them this morning saying a cheque has been posted to me today.
  • Cheque was posted out on the 13th as promised but Royal Mail decided to hold it for a while until I collected it from them today.

    I'm happy enough with the way Parcel2go resolved the problem , maybe I'll try them again when things go back to normal.
  • I've use P2G for a while never really had a problem with them but I always use DHL instead of HDNL.
