Should I cash my Cold Weather Giro?

Hi,
I've looked high and low on almost all of the sites I can think of but still can't come up with an answer.
Maybe some brainbox on here will know?
Wife is 66, I'm 62. Just the two of us no kids at home etc.
Wife receives her OAP
I receive DLA - LRM & Contribution Based ESA at the assessment rate.
I get some CTB
The rest of our income is made up of private pensions/annuities and investment income.
We do not receive any 'means tested' benefits apart from CTB.
Today I received a giro for £25 with a letter from the Pension Service saying it was a Cold Weather payment.
Should I cash it as I can't see how I or we are entitled to it?
Thanks

Finally, thanks for the link - I have already read this - it does appear that it is a mistake and I will be returning it over the weekend.0
