Active You is owned by Attinger Jack. This is from their website -

What is LeadBooster? It’s a lead generation data pool with millions of high performing records for marketers to use for their own direct marketing & email campaigns. It’s been developed by our business partner Database Group (DbG) who will now collate all the data from holidayyou.co.uk, activeyou.co.uk, claimjunction.com and mobilitycompare.co.uk into one lead generation datapool.
What makes LeadBooster unique is that DbG will take AJi’s data and add their own attributes to it. This will allow marketers to pulls extracts by lifestyle as well as location, interest and purchasing history. Added to this will be a unique web interface allowing marketers to create their own counts and pull off their own data sets (a ‘no hassle’ and bureaucracy-free zone). Thank you for the warning lilias:eek: I received an email to my comping account with this in it so I presume I had previously entered a comp with them on here and they were ok:o I'll amend the OP to inform peeps before they enter.

Can one of the more regulars advise whether this should be deleted as I don't want people getting spammed to death because of me:( I know there is a list of sites to avoid on here somewhere but I don't think this one is on it as the site came up a few times when I searched before posting?

Most people on here will avoid these comps.You've added a warning so people can choose.Personally I would not post any of them in the future but that is a decision for each of us.

No need to feel bad. They offer brilliant prizes and you can't google every comp site you come across. I did tell Velvet Glove about Active you and she pm'd me saying that she'd add it to the Beware list, but it may have slipped her mind. I'll pm her again
