Woolworths customer service

After reading the threads on this site and realising that most people had received there Gamecube pokemon bundle and having no joy from the Emails i sent them i phoned there customer services.
I have to say how good they were.First off they said that they would get intouch with someone from the internet side of things and would let me know the out come, being inpatient i phoned back the next day to be told that they had requested that one be sent out to me when they come in stock.I then received a phone call on tuesday to say that they will be in stock at the end of the week and another call yesterday to say it was on its way.
It came today with a nice little note in it from the lady that sorted it all out and one top of that it was a actual pokemon bundle not the made up one they offered.
So thanks to Woolworths
