1.00pm-1.11pm did anyone have problems getting MSE to load it was like the whole system was down

I've been having problems loggin into the site for the past 30mts. Even the main site wouldn't load. Has it been the case all morning as well? Normally the main site would work. This time all that comes up is a blank page and even when I get connected, it's intermittent; if I'm lucky I'd get this post through.0

it's ok for me now, I hope, so probably they were tweaking around the time - a friend told me that the site needs tweaking frequently so that its security isn't compromised; I'm just guessing it was the case
btw I wasn't around before 12:30 so cannot say if it was an issue earlier on0
