Closed Nationwide Account - Can I still access old statements

Hello Guys,
I have recently closed my Nationwide Flexaccount to go with Santander (the £100 bribe etc).
Is there anyway to still access the old Nationwide statements? I stupidly had turned off the paper statements so i have no record of my past monthly statements (and I really need to check if a payment went through back in Feb 2010).
Any ideas if its possible?
Thanks,
Rob
I have email nationwide but they can take 5 working days to get back to you - it says.

If you still have online access to your NW account - possibly. I don't think account closure always automatically shuts off access.
If not - maybe a branch could help0 -
Not online. Closure of a Nationwide account removes it from online banking.
If you need copies, you will have to contact Nationwide and possibly pay a fee.0 -
You can try doing a data subject access request under the Data Protection Act to get your statements as it's cheaper then paying per statement copy. I would try asking for records showing certain transactions that go out regularly to ensure they give you the statement copies.I'm not cynical I'm realistic
(If a link I give opens pop ups I won't know I don't use windows)0 -
