Transferring Money Abroad

I need to transfer a certain amount of funds to the US to purchase a property. Has anyone transferred money abroad with the assistance of HIFX or Currencies4Less, or in fact any other company? I just need to know that these are bona fide companies. Otherwise please inform me of any other suitable one.
