Very good Cust Service too, apparantly.

When comparing - Make sure it records BOTH ways.

The one above also allows you to pause live TV

As I said, check out Humax 9200T - much better deal for your money - twin freeview tuner built in 160 Gig hard drive, pause live tv etc. Had a Liteon DVD recorder before - not a patch on this baby. Worth every penny in my opinion

Hi Rizla - Is this a twin tuner? Watch one channel while recording another?
Saw a twin tuner recorder last night in Asda for about £100. Thanks

I use the tuner built into my TV to watch whilst recording, don't you?

This does have a built in tuner.

I would consider ALL of the other features before condemning it for one with limited use.

I wonder how long we will still be able to do this for though? I have an ariel splitter/booster in my loft that sends a clear analogue signal to all rooms in my bungalow. I guess I'll be having freeview boxes all over the house soon.
