Past Times...rings

I love the jewellery that Past Times sell but I am a bit disappointed...
my boyfriend bought me a gorgeous snake ring from there but unfortunately it was too big...we took it back and they were happy for me to change it, but then informed us that they only make every other size in rings!!!!!
we took it to jewellers to see if it could be altered but because of the design (it was meant to look as though it was wrapped around your finger), it wasn't possible to alter it so we had to get a refund
just a bit disappointed about this really! even if they said you had to place an order for a specific size and wait for it to be made, that would be better
