But we all know you'll be charged for an hour either way ;-)
When I ran a computer shop, just a quick fan clean out was usually a goodwill gesture. I would usually recommend tying in a full service though for an hour's charge. Makes sense to do maintenance on the rest of the laptop, not just the cooling system.0
