I ordered yesterday around 6pm, I did one order for the tea cup and one for the cinderella story book gift. I have only had one despatch but the despatch says £3.95 on the bar but does not state it in the despatch notice body at all. The code added absolutely fine and it said the same as everyone elses in the discount added section (£5.00 and free delivery).

all orders say that under the order history... what does your despatch email state


edit- just seen your despatch email above and according to that you haven't been charged postage.

Could the payment not be for another transaction? and is it exactly £3.95 thats been taken

mine defo says the same too dont understand why your the only been charged delivery as your email states u havnt

But the money has definately come out of my account? Think I will have to query this with the bank, seems a little odd. I haven't had the despatch note sent for the other but it is despatched so it may be the second order which was the problem?

Will update when I know more or receive the second despatch notice.
