How much has been taken from your bank/card. That is where the issue seems to be.

HI using the code takes off the postage but it wont show untill despatched the postage will be added thru checkout and on your email confirmation but once they send it and take the payment they knock off the postage the code says £5 off and free postage i think this is why they are taking the postage off not realising that the postage has already been knocked off as its been added to the code IYKWIM

Thanks OP ... I ummed and ahhed over ordering for DAYS ... Don't know if I have missed out on the free postage now as I only just ordered tonight!!

But its still good with the £8.50 off and I didn't want the Hexbug ( my Grandson would be scared of it! ) or the pineapple corer - I think I can live without one even though it was free!

So am GLAD the offer got changed as I got the candy grabber for my son in law as he will LOVE it I reckon!! ... The candy box for Grandson ( yes I spoil him! ) and the talking bear for Grandson as well ..... CAN'T WAIT to record a special message for him to listen to!!!

I reckon you guys got free postage as it was taking postage as part of the full £10 cost ... So will be CHUFFED if I got free postage too - But either way - Great deal now , thanks!

They WERE meant to be doing FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY UPGRADE till 21st Dec but I can't see anything about it on their website now unfortunately...

I ordered my OH one of those novelty wand remote controls (that were on dragons den) as he has been watching the harry potter films lately.....don't think for one second he'll use it, (I will!!!) but I thought it would be a novelty gift!

anyway, it was 50 quid but with codes etc.. I got it down to about £43.... ordered on 16th, due to be despatched on 17th........

Order is still 'awaiting stock pick'. No contact from IWOOT So I searched for the item and it came up with nothing........ sold out I presume? I would now much rather go and spend the money on something else

Have just been into my order and clicked on the cancel order button..... asked me questions why I wanted to cancel, so I done that .. logged out and back in again........... my order is still showing but the cancel option has disappeared!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just used my pineapple corer & it's fab!! :j so glad i got it :T i just went back to order one for my mum as an extra christmas present & it's not on there anymore
