Blackberry curve vs pearl 3g vs nokia c5? Which phone?

Hey everyone,

The contract I have chosen offers these three phones:

Blackberry curve 8520
bLACKBERRY PEARL 3G
Nokia C5

Which one do you think i should get? I really only use a phone for calls and texting, but if theres a 'better' phone out of the three then I'll get that one.

I am leaning towards the pearl 3g as it seems to have more features (and is the most expensive when bought alone :rotfl:)

Any ideas comrades?

  • best bet, go to phones for you, get them to bring each one out and try them all.

    get which one suits you

i have bought numerous phones based on other peoples opinions, DO NOT DO IT... you need to buy a phone that you will be happy with, after all you are the one paying for it.

if all you want to do with a phone is text and call, look for a company who has the best deal, not what phones comes with the deal.
  • Cheers bob! I think thats a great idea. I'll go to the shop and have a look. Didn't think of that!

Just realised this should probably be moved to the mobile phone section.
  • np :)

i currently have a pulse mini because it was a suggestion, cheap android phone, no one said it has a rubbish touch screen, typing anything is difficult on the small screen and with all the gubbins they shove on the phone its stupidly slow, but hey, i got a cheap android phone....

    *sarcasm* yaaaaaay *sarcasm* lol

BB has a separate charge £5 a month so you can use the internet called BIS Blackberry Internet service. Without it your BB will be no more than a offline PDA and a standard cellphone. Calls and text only.
