Huge penalty for not clearing M&S Money balance

I apologise for raising an issue which is new to me but is clearly well known on this forum. Perhaps the fact that it has been posted 'many times' before suggests that it is not a well understood by the average person, of which I am one.

As for coming across as pompous, I suggest some of you re-read your replies. I raised what I thought was a valid issue of genuine concern. Rest assured I will not trouble you again.

Why don't people bother to read the T+C's ?!

If you are using the card for business stuff, I am sure you wuill make it back in the loyalty points anyway!
